Since 2008, I’ve helped people buy and sell homes throughout the Denver Metro area, including both resale and investment properties. I focus on delivering a smooth, informed, and positive experience by deeply understanding the local market and each client’s goals.

I’ve personally closed over 250 transactions, mentored more than 100 associate agent transactions, leased dozens of homes, and worked as an owner, partner, or project manager on dozens of rehabs (rentals and flips) across the region — from Erie to Monument and Evergreen to Elizabeth. I specialize in Central and Northwest Denver, downtown condos, and new construction townhomes, and bring strong negotiation skills and clear communication to every transaction.

In 2014, I founded 1858 Real Estate to provide the highest level of service and representation. Our team serves the Denver/Boulder market with trusted referral partners in Fort Collins, Colorado Springs, Pueblo, and mountain resort communities, ensuring seamless support wherever your needs take you.

I also founded Horsepower Insurance and am a licensed insurance agent, allowing me to shop home and auto policies on my clients’ behalf — helping them find competitive rates, save money, and ensure their coverage aligns with their real estate decisions. This integrated approach helps simplify the process and avoid surprises during transactions.

As a Certified Real Estate Divorce Specialist and Certified Resort and Second Home Property Specialist, and as a former second-home owner, I bring added perspective to major life and investment decisions.
