Since February 2008, I have been helping people buy & sell homes in the Denver Metro area, both resale and investments. I have made it my business to learn everything I can about the Denver area market, and make everyone's experience successful and enjoyable.
Since that time, I have personally closed over 200 transactions, mentored over 100, leased several dozen homes, and worked as an owner, partner or project manager on more than a dozen rehabs (rentals & flips), from Erie to Monument, and Evergreen to Elizabeth. I personally specialize in Central and Northwest Denver, and downtown area condos & new construction townhomes. Over these years, I have worked with top companies, agents, and attorneys, learning advanced negotiation skills and tactful communication - essential to help my clients understand all options, and make well-informed decisions.
In March 2014, I founded 1858 Real Estate. I have a strong passion for the highest level of service & representation. We are built around the team concept, covering the Denver/Boulder markets, with strong referral relationships in Fort Collins, Colorado Springs, Pueblo, and the mountain resort towns, making sure you have the highest level of service at all times, should one of us be unavailable.
